The rooms are quite spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable haven. However, keep in mind that dining options are limited to the hotel itself, though the food is of high quality. Overall, it's a relaxing place that feels like paradise, but you might want to bring your own drinks since they don’t serve alcohol.

The Vembanad Suite we stayed in was simply spectacular, featuring a huge bed, luxurious amenities like double showers, and lovely views overlooking the lake. Immaculate white fluffy towels were provided, and there was ample bottled water every day.

The service was absolutely outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to meet our needs. Mary, our initial contact, made us feel incredibly welcomed, and the resort manager took the time to personally greet us at dinner.

What a delightful surprise this hotel was during my travels in Kerala! Nestled by the stunning backwaters, the rooms were luxurious and offered incredible views over the lake. I can’t emphasize enough how exceptional the food was, featuring fresh local seafood cooked to perfection.
